Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the platforms, products, and services of AgriOwn Farmtech Pvt. Ltd. ("AgriOwn", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platforms — including www.agriown.com, agriinput.agriown.com, and related subdomains — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platforms and services.

1. Services Provided

AgriOwn provides the following services through its platforms:

• Drone Spraying Services: Precision aerial crop protection using DGCA-compliant drones
• AI Crop Advisory: Data-driven crop health diagnostics, pest monitoring, and yield recommendations
• Soil Health Technology: Advanced soil testing and nutrient optimization services
• Agri-Input Marketplace: Products from 100+ global agricultural brands delivered to farmers
• FaaS Platform: Farming-as-a-Service digital ecosystem for modern farmers and operators
• FTC Partner Program: Rural agri-business partnership and franchise opportunities

AgriOwn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify AgriOwn immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. AgriOwn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use.

3. FTC Partner Program Terms

3.1 Independent Contractor Status

FTC Partners operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of AgriOwn. AgriOwn is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or business practices of any FTC Partner.

3.2 Partner Obligations

• Obtain and maintain all required licenses (FCO Fertilizer, Insecticide, Seed licenses)
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations
• Maintain DGCA compliance for drone operations
• Adhere to AgriOwn's quality standards and service guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting

3.3 AgriOwn's Role

AgriOwn provides technology, training, drone services, and farmer network access to FTC Partners. AgriOwn does not guarantee specific revenue, profits, or business outcomes for FTC Partners.

3.4 Investment and Risk

FTC Partnership involves an investment of ₹5–15 Lakh (depending on program tier). All investments carry inherent business risk. AgriOwn does not guarantee returns on investment. Partners should conduct their own due diligence before investing.

4. Payments and Transactions

4.1 Payment Methods

AgriOwn accepts payments via cheque, DD, NEFT, RTGS, and authorized digital payment gateways. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Pricing

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as per current government regulations.

4.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product or service. Drone service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. Product returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Contact us within 7 days of service/delivery for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 AgriOwn's Ownership

All content, algorithms, software, AI models, databases, trademarks, logos, and materials on AgriOwn's platforms are the exclusive property of AgriOwn Farmtech Pvt. Ltd. No intellectual property rights are transferred to users by virtue of using our platforms.

5.2 Restricted Use

Users shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any AgriOwn platform
• Copy, reproduce, or replicate any portion of AgriOwn's digital platforms
• Use AgriOwn platforms to develop competing services
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from AgriOwn platforms without written authorization
• Use AgriOwn's trademarks or branding without prior written permission

5.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to AgriOwn (including farm data, photos, feedback), you grant AgriOwn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content for service delivery and platform improvement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgriOwn Farmtech Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Crop loss, yield reduction, or crop failure
• Business interruption or loss of profits
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Environmental damages or contamination claims
• Personal injury or property damage
• Losses arising from reliance on AI-generated insights or recommendations
• Delays, cancellations, or errors in drone operations due to weather or regulatory restrictions

In no event shall AgriOwn's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

AgriOwn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platforms at any time, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to make required payments
• Breach any agreement with AgriOwn

Upon termination, your right to use our platforms ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AgriOwn platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

AgriOwn encourages dispute resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action. Please contact us first to resolve any concerns.
