1. Purpose of This Policy
This Policy establishes binding guidelines for:

3.2 Algorithm Ownership: All artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics systems, crop health detection models, and related technologies are proprietary to AgriOwn. Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights by using the platform.

- Drone spray path optimization and application accuracy
4.1 AI as Decision Support, Not Replacement
All AI-driven outputs are designed to assist agricultural decision-making, not replace farmer judgment, local expertise, or professional agronomic advice. Farmers and users retain full responsibility for verifying AI-generated recommendations with on-ground observations and consulting qualified agronomists for critical farming decisions.
AgriOwn shall not be liable for any losses, crop damage, or financial consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights.
4.2 Continuous Improvement
AgriOwn continuously refines its AI models using aggregated, anonymized data to improve accuracy, reliability, and relevance. By using our platforms, users acknowledge that AI outputs may evolve over time and may not always be accurate.
5. Human Oversight
5.1 Supervision Protocols: All AI-driven insights generated by AgriOwn technologies are subject to human supervision and review where necessary. Critical outputs may be validated by AgriOwn's in-house agronomists, qualified agricultural experts, and FTC Partners with local knowledge.
5.2 No Guarantee of Review: Human oversight is implemented at AgriOwn's discretion. Not every AI output undergoes individual human review. Users should not assume that all platform outputs have been manually verified.
5.3 Escalation Mechanism: Users who believe an AI-generated recommendation is incorrect or harmful may contact AgriOwn for review. AgriOwn will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Farm Data Ownership and Usage
6.1 Farmer Ownership: AgriOwn acknowledges that farmers retain ownership of their agricultural data, including farm boundaries, geolocation, crop information, soil data, drone imagery, and yield records.
6.2 License to AgriOwn: By using AgriOwn platforms, farmers and users grant AgriOwn a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store agricultural data for service delivery, and to use aggregated and anonymized data for research, model training, and platform improvement.
6.3 Data Portability: Upon request, AgriOwn will provide farmers with access to their agricultural data in a reasonable format, subject to technical feasibility.
7. Prohibited Uses of the Platform
Users must not use AgriOwn platforms for:
