3.3 Regulatory Compliance: FTC Partners are independently responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses (including FCO, Insecticide, Seed licenses) and complying with applicable laws. AgriOwn shall not be liable for any violations, penalties, or legal actions arising from a Partner's failure to comply.

4. Drone Services Disclaimer

4.1 Operational Factors: Service schedules, coverage, and effectiveness depend on:

• Weather conditions (wind speed, rain, humidity)
• Field accessibility and terrain
• Aviation permissions and airspace restrictions
• Battery life and operational limitations
• Regulatory approvals from DGCA and local authorities

4.2 No Guarantee of Schedule: Service schedules may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to safety considerations, weather disruptions, or regulatory restrictions. AgriOwn shall not be liable for any losses or inconveniences arising from such delays.
